• “Company” refers to Nitebus Technologies Limited.
• “User” or “Passenger” refers to any individual who books or uses the Services.
• “Services” refers to transport and related offerings provided by Nitebus.
• “No-Show” refers to a confirmed passenger who fails to board at the scheduled departure time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3.1A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment and issuance of a confirmation.

3.2All payments are final unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

3.3Prices may vary based on demand, location, and event.

4.1Passengers must arrive at the designated pickup location at least 10 minutes before departure.

4.2All departure times are fixed and strictly enforced.

4.3Nitebus reserves the right to depart at the scheduled time without waiting for late passengers.

5.1A passenger who is not present at the pickup location at the scheduled departure time shall be deemed a No-Show.

5.2In the event of a No-Show:

• The booking shall be forfeited in full.
• No refund, rescheduling, or credit shall be issued.
• The seat may be reassigned at the Company's discretion.

5.3Nitebus shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from a missed ride.

5.4The Company is under no obligation to contact or wait for late passengers.

6.1Passengers must adhere to the communicated return departure time.

6.2Failure to board the return trip at the designated time shall also be treated as a No-Show.

Passengers agree to:

• Arrive on time and at the correct location.
• Follow instructions provided by Nitebus staff.
• Behave responsibly and respectfully during the trip.

Nitebus shall not be responsible for errors made by passengers in selecting times or locations.

Nitebus operates shared transport services and does not guarantee:

• Individual waiting time.
• Route deviations.
• Personalized pickup adjustments.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law:

9.1Nitebus shall not be liable for:

• Missed events due to passenger lateness.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9.2In all cases, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the passenger for the booking.

10.1All bookings are non-refundable except where:

• The service is cancelled by Nitebus.
• There is a material failure on the part of the Company.

10.2In such cases, remedies may include:

• Rescheduling.
• Credit.
• Refund at the Company's discretion.

Nitebus reserves the right to:

• Modify schedules where necessary.
• Refuse service to late passengers.
• Reassign seats.
• Enforce compliance with these Terms.

Passengers may be refused boarding or removed from the vehicle if they:

• Pose a safety risk.
• Are intoxicated to a disruptive extent.
• Engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior.

No refunds shall apply in such cases.

Passenger data shall be handled in accordance with Nitebus' Privacy Policy.

Nitebus shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Traffic disruptions.
• Weather conditions.
• Government actions.
• Mechanical issues.

All branding, content, and materials related to Nitebus remain the property of the Company.

Nitebus reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
